Service · The Pack
The AI Hiring Conformity Pack.
A productized, done-for-you engagement that produces the conformity documentation your legal, engineering, and HR teams will be asked to produce — for the EU AI Act, the Colorado AI Act, NYC Local Law 144, Illinois HB 3773, and adjacent regimes.
Timeline
4 weeks
Starting price
$35,000
Format
Done-for-you
What it is
One engagement. One price. One deliverable set.
The Pack is a four-week engagement that produces the documents a hiring AI deployer needs in order to demonstrate conformity with the regimes that apply. We do not certify compliance — no consultant can — but we structure the file so your counsel and a future regulator can locate each required artefact in one place.
The base engagement covers one AI hiring tool or one workflow. Additional tools, vendor coordination, and ongoing support are priced as add-ons.
What's included
Seven deliverables, one engagement.
- 01
Conformity file (Annex IV-aligned)
Covers all nine sections of Annex IV for the in-scope system: system description, design specs, training-data documentation, performance metrics, validation results, change logs.
- 02
Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment (FRIA)
Article 27-aligned. Purpose, scope, affected persons, risks to fundamental rights, mitigations, oversight measures, complaint mechanisms.
- 03
Risk Management System (RMS) documentation
Article 9-aligned. Identified risks, severity assessments, mitigation measures, ongoing-review process.
- 04
Bias audit documentation framework
Either reviewed and packaged from an existing audit, or a methodology and template for commissioning one. Aligned with NYC LL 144 and EU AI Act requirements.
- 05
Post-market monitoring plan
Article 72-aligned. Performance-drift monitoring, incident-reporting procedure, customer-notification protocol.
- 06
Remediation roadmap
For gaps that cannot be closed in writing, a prioritized plan of technical or operational remediation, with the vendor or internal team.
- 07
One round of revisions
Within 30 days of handoff. After that, additional revisions are billed against the next engagement.
Timeline
Four weeks, end-to-end.
- Week 1
Kickoff and scoping
Kickoff call. Document inventory. Vendor materials request. Stakeholder mapping. FRIA scoping.
- Week 2
Discovery
Discovery interviews with engineering, HR, legal, and vendor contacts. Evidence collection. Gap identification against the in-scope regimes.
- Week 3
Drafting
Drafts of the conformity file, FRIA, RMS, monitoring plan, and remediation roadmap. Internal QA against the regulation requirements.
- Week 4
Review and handoff
Internal review with the client. Revisions. Final delivery. One-hour walkthrough call with engineering, HR, and legal.
Pricing
$35,000 starting. Add-ons priced separately.
One base price for the base scope. Everything that is not in the base scope has a published price band — no surprises.

- Additional AI hiring tool / workflow$15,000 – $25,000 each

Fit
The Pack is for you if
- Mid-market companies (roughly 200 to 2,000 employees).
- Using one or more AI hiring tools — HireVue, Eightfold, Paradox, Harver, SeekOut, Phenom, Workday Recruiting AI, or similar.
- Operating in or hiring from the EU, Colorado, Illinois, New York City, or California.
- Without an internal AI governance function, or with one that is already overwhelmed.
The Pack is not for you if
- Companies that have not yet selected an AI hiring tool. (Start with HireAIScore.)
- Companies that need full SR 11-7-style model risk management — different SKU, future.
- Companies looking for a SaaS tool. The Pack is done-for-you, not software.
